Living at The Woodlands means you stop worrying about the things that used to eat up your time and budget. Heat, water, meals, maintenance, snow removal — it’s all covered. One monthly fee, no surprises.

Whether you’d rather rent or own your apartment, you get access to the same full lineup of services. The only difference is how you’d like to structure your finances.

Here’s what’s taken care of for you:

Daily Life:

  • One chef-prepared meal served daily
  • Utilities: heat, water, sewer, and electricity
  • On-site mail delivery
  • Regularly scheduled transportation
  • On-site laundry

Home & Property:

  • Building maintenance and repairs
  • Custodial service for all common areas
  • Landscaping and snow removal
  • Annual apartment OR building cleaning
  • General property, fire, and liability insurance

Community Spaces:

  • Indoor common areas: a living room, exercise room, library, game room, and conference space
  • Outdoor spaces: a screened-in porch, courtyard patio, and raised garden beds

Professional Support:

  • Professional on-site management team
  • On-site Resident Services Coordinator
  • On-site maintenance technician

One more thing: cats and dogs are welcome here.

The Nest

When Family Visits, They Can Stay Right Here.

The Nest is a self-contained guest space reserved exclusively for the loved ones of our residents. Because the best visits don’t have to end too soon.

  • A comfortable sitting area with a living and dining space
  • A private full bathroom
  • A bedroom with a full-size bed and a twin pull-out sleeper — comfortable for up to three guests

A kitchenette stocked with a Keurig, microwave, and full-size refrigerator

Residents handle all bookings on their guests’ behalf. The nightly rate is $150 and includes dinner for one in our dining room. Additional dinner guests are welcome for $25 per person. All charges are added to the resident’s monthly invoice.

Plans change — we understand. Cancel at least 48 hours in advance and there’s no charge. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a $75 fee.
